Mohamed is a seasoned businessman who has successfully transformed multiple businesses across NSW and interstate. A passionate individual who only seeks success in all facets of his business activities. Currently the CEO and owner of Grand Platinum, Mohamed has a strategic outlook on his position within the marketplace and steers his business and its leadership team toward tier 1 projects spanning the country.
Mohamed is also the CEO and owner of Skyworkers Group, an access related company which provides tier 1 businesses with the highest quality scaffolding system available on the market. Skyworkers Group employs over 30 staff, and operates predominantly in NSW. Mohamed also owns and is the CEO of Oliver Brown Victoria with one store in Melbourne. With lean management principles and high motivation, Mohamed is eager to engage with similar, leading businesses and supply engineered solutions for all earthworks, demolition and access related requirements.
Mohamed is currently undertaking tertiary education in project management which assists him in steering the business toward success.
Grand Platinum is currently in a joint venture with Mann Group undertaking demolition and clean-up of the fire stricken properties along the Victorian coastline in conjunction with the Victorian Government.
Shener Dursun
General Manager
Over the past 20 years, Shener has achieved senior development / general management experience with budgets up to $2.5B as well as global project and construction mangement experience including Sydney Airport, major CBD commercial, residential, public sector and infrastructure projects with budgets up to $175M. His experience includes key roles at Meriton, Lend Lease, as well as Dyldam, successfully delivering multiple, complex, safety-critical, and politically sensitive projects on-time and within budget using his design management, contract management, problem-solving and construction supervision skills.
Shener has successfully delivered multiple, complex, safety-critical, and politically sensitive projects on-time and within budget, while achieving positive commendations and client feedback. Demonstrated record of troubleshooting, issue resolution and stakeholder negotiation to deliver stalled projects on-time and within budget. Project management skills supported by experience across all key facets of construction including design management, contract management, construction supervision. Outstanding OH&S skills developed from managing projects with one of the global leaders in safety management – Bovis Lend Lease.

Matt Thomas
Operations / Safety Manager
An experienced operations manager with over 20 years’ experience in people, inventory, logistics, change management, safety and lean manufacturing. Spread across numerous industries which include airlines, construction, Australian Defense and currently access and demolition. A career which began in the Australian armed forces (5 years), production of building consumables with ACI (10 years) moving into operational management with Qantas Airways for over 14 years and more recently 7 years in construction, safety and demolition.
Pivotal involvement in many change management programs has seen successful implementation of numerous initiatives which have increased production and revenue within the airline industry. With a major focus on workplace safety and operational productivity, Matt has earned the respect of his fellow employees while ensuring the business achieves successful outcomes with efficiency.
Current clients include Lendlease (ICC), Grocon (Ribbon Hotel Sydney), Lipman (Macquarie Arts Precinct Macquarie University), Hutchinson Builders (Castle Residences/ Smeaton Grange, Built and John Holland.
